We have established 3 factories
to process our marbles, in the Marmara Island, Bilecik and in Izmir. We have modern
machine park in each of our factories reflecting state-of-the-art technology, which
allows us great flexibility in obtaining various finishes of our marbles and travertine.
MARMARA ISLAND FACTORY
Our Marmara Island factory
is located on the premises of our quarry and is used exclusively to process the
Marmara White Marble extracted in our quarry. The monthly capacity of our Marmara
White factory is approximately 5,000 square meters.
The
machine park includes:
- 3 ST's
- 1 Calibrating and
Polishing line — 2 calibrate + 12 heads
- 1 Splitting Machine
- 2 Head cutters
- 1 Crane
BILECİK FACTORY
We process our Bilecik Beige
Marble in our Bilecik factory, located approximately 30 km. from our quarry. The
monthly capacity of our Bilecik factory is approximately 25,000 square meters.
The
machine park in our Bilecik factory includes:
- 9 ST's
- 1 Calibrating and
Polishing line — 2 calibrate + 8 heads
- 1 Calibrating and
Polishing line — 2 calibrate + 12 heads
- 1 Corner Rounder
- 9 Head cutters
- 2 Forklift
- 2 Cranes
IZMIR FACTORY
The Travertine quarried from
Denizli is processed in our Izmir factory, with a monthly capacity of approximately
12,000 square meters.
The
machine park in our Izmir factory allows us great flexibility in obtaining various
finishes of the travertine and includes:
- 2 ST's
- 1 Calibrating and
Polishing line — 2 calibrate + 8 heads
- 1 Calibrating and
Polishing line — 2 calibrate + 12 heads
- 1 Corner Rounder
